Description of the Loan by Phone IVR Application:
| Caller dials a toll free number, e.g. 1-800-123-4567 INFOVOX™ receives an inbound call over the T1 trunk. INFOVOX™ reads incoming DNIS and ANI and routes call to the appropriate account. If no account is found for the captured ANI, INFOVOX™ plays a short message and hangs up. | |
| INFOVOX™ plays a custom opening greeting (or a generic greeting if the
custom greeting is not recorded). INFOVOX™ announces to the caller the phone number he is calling from and asks if this his home, work or other number and proceeds accordingly (the phone number announcement could be turned on / off on a per account basis. The captured ANI will be displayed on the report in either case). | |
| INFOVOX™ asks callers a series of questions pertaining to their income, debts, employment history, housing, credit check authorization, SSN, etc. The questions being asked could be selected on a per account basis. | |
| INFOVOX™ asks a custom prompt about the advertising source (up to 6 custom advertising sources). | |
| The answer will be printed on the report (no transcription required). | |
| After completing the interview, INFOVOX™ will play a custom closing statement (or a generic statement if the custom statement is not recorded). | |
| During the interview INFOVOX™ can automatically disqualify callers if
certain credit criteria are not met, e.g. low income, under age, bankruptcy,
repossession, unemployed. Each of the disqualification criteria could be turned on / off on a per account basis. If the caller is disqualified, INFOVOX™ will not send the credit application. | |
| After completing the interview, the credit application will be either faxed or e-mailed to the auto dealer with the attached voice files (name and address). | |
