The promotional piece has a toll-free vanity number the recipient is asked to call and enter a PIN code printed in the letter to hear the amount of the loan he or she is pre-qualified for.
As soon as the caller enters his or her unique PIN code, MailTrack™ will use State of the Art Text To Speech Technology to confirm caller's identity and will pull all caller's information from the database such as: Caller's First, Middle and Last Name, Caller's Address, Gender, Age, Credit Rating, Current Vehicle Make, Model, Year or any other information available in the database.
